A Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement Workshop

In this 3 hour Awareness Through Movement workshop we will develop and clarify our understanding of the dynamics of our spine in movement. This embodied study of the spine can liberate our ability to move and breathe freely, increase our flexibility, and benefit our overall spinal health and posture. A more integrated spine can decrease neck and shoulder tension by providing the head with more support using less effort. Yogis will find more freedom and possibility in asana, others will find ways to move with more grace and fluidity in their everyday activities.
