Awareness Through Movement

Improve your posture, your relationship to space, and your personal awareness through these easy to do structured movement lessons. Learn how to reduce unnecessary effort and strain and to move in more efficient and integrated ways. An emphasis is placed on each participant’s sensory learning and attention is paid to developing effortless and pleasant movement. By attending to the process of moving we can discover more about our habits and patterns of thinking, feeling, sensing and moving and thereby come to know ourselves better.
